How to Return an Item

Return Authorization
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item back. -
Send the Item Back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
