Returns Policy

At Lustra, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.


Return Period

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service
    Email us at lustra.storesa@gmail.com or call +27 82 325 0552 to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization
    We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Send the Item Back
    Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable courier service.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
